At peak, the business was installing up to 900 boilers per month and 100 solar systems per month, nationally. I was responsible for all lead generation, large-scale SEO strategy, PPC budgets of up to £125,000 per month, affiliate partnerships with brands like MoneySuperMarket and GoCompare, and the full technical infrastructure behind the operation.
Beyond marketing, I built the systems that made scale possible. That included automated engineer booking at the point of online purchase, API integrations with six national boiler merchants to auto-order boiler, solar, and ASHP kits, and CRM and AI-driven automations covering customer communications and fulfilment across a national installation business.
Those systems supported record performance, including peak months of £1.75 million turnover and record days of £195,000 in a single day from boiler sales alone. Every online customer journey was built from scratch with my team, including payment processor and finance provider APIs to deliver instant finance decisions and frictionless checkout flows.
